A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE MANAGER

In this Office Manager role, you provide excellent oversight of all administrative operations for this location. You are problem-solver and seek to answer any questions with listening ears and a patient spirit. Looking to create seamless operations, you create, implement, and monitor office procedures. Additionally, you make sure that all financial information is up-to-date by ensuring invoices are paid on time and all charges and records are accurate. At the end of the day, your daily contributions help to build our business and customer relationships!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of administrative office experience
  • Excellent bookkeeping and billing skills, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Can quickly learn our company software (Service Titan)

Bilingual is preferred but not required. Experience in plumbing or another home service trade would be a plus! Are you the kind of person who quickly catches on to what needs to be done, and then jumps right in? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you efficient and good at prioritizing? Are you a team player? If so, then you might just be perfect for this administrative position!
